We have used Patti for the sale and purchase of two homes and have been so impressed. Patti is incredibly responsive to the point we were shocked she was working with other clients during the sale and purchase of our last home. She is quick to answer and is well-connected within the community which allows any issues that come up during the sales process to be instantly remedied (finding water in the basement during the final walkthrough inspection).
